If you are currently running a demo (trial) version of Commander and have not purchased Commander, you will need a key (serial number) for Commander to continue to work after 30 days or 60 launches. To purchase Commander and receive your key, please contact us at 888.276.0078 or via email at email@example.com.
If you have already purchased Commander and receive a message while attempting to launch Commander stating your trial version is over, most likely you haven't entered the key that was sent to you with your order. You must enter your serial number which was sent* to you with your order for Commander to work. You DO NOT need to have Game Ops Commander open to do this (Also do attempt to reinstall Commander as this will have no effect on getting Commander operational). Just go to the START button on your computer, then click on PROGRAMS, then on Game Ops Commander 3 then on the Game Ops Commander License Manager. Once there, enter in your license number EXACTLY as was given to you on the paperwork that accompanied your order. Once you have typed it in, click on the Enter License Key bar. Once it is entered close the License Key Manager window and you can launch Game Ops Commander.
*If you ordered Game Ops Commander, the key was sent to you on the first page of documentation that came with your order. It is your unique key. If you’ve lost it, you will have to contact us at 888.276.0078 or at firstname.lastname@example.org for verification.
